Still not working?

The server shows online but I can't connect
Force-close the Plex app and reopen it. If you're on Wi-Fi, try toggling it off/on or switching to cellular for a moment. On a computer, use app.plex.tv. If the reachability check above says Not reachable, your network or ISP may be blocking the connection — try a different network to confirm.
Playback keeps buffering
Run the speed test above. Smooth 1080p needs roughly 8–12 Mbps and 4K a good deal more. If your speed is low, lower the app's Remote Quality / Cellular Streaming Quality setting so it stops trying to send more than your connection can carry.
The whole thing looks down
Check the maintenance banner at the top. If there's no notice and the status dot is red, it's on my end — give it a bit and re-check this page. If it's still down after a while, reach out and include your IP and ISP shown above.
